Here at Mutual Unity, we believe in freely exercising our constitutional rights, both federal & state. In this case, we are exercising both simultaneously!

Oregon's State Constitution Article 1 Section 2 is as follows: "All men shall be secure in the natural right, to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own conscience." & Article 1 Section 3 "NO LAW shall in any case whatever control the free exercise, and enjoyment of Religious (sic) Opinions, or interfere with the rights of conscience."

They have been ruled equivalent to the US Federal Constitution on Religious freedoms by the Supreme Court making it valid across the USA & NO LAW includes the federal law on psychedelic 5HT2A Serotonergic Sacraments, INCLUDING but not limited to Psilocybe fungi, LSD, and DMT. As a valid, currently active Religious organization filed in the State of Oregon, Mutual Unity & its members are entitled to these constitutional protections to ensure that the federal government who are all oath-sworn to uphold these rights do not interfere with our right to heal others as my conscience sees fit.
